MANUFACTURING
ISP System has all the means to produce equipments designed by its concepting and designing departments. Those means can realize mass manufacturing and custom unit production.
PRODUCTION LINE:
Based on the Industrial Engineering, this branch provides the mass production once the high standards of craft prototype can be achieved. The volume of one product that can be generated by our production line enables a company to undertake a large quantity up to 5 000 units annually per reference.

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
The production process is managed by GPAO (STX Solune S/W - Computer Aided Management Production) . The traditional separated process methods are joined through a computer by GPAO. This integration allows processes exchange information as well as a total track back on the production.

IN-HOUSE PROCESS & OUTSOURCING
The major operations such as control, assembly, wiring, integration and testing are provided by ISP System.
The machining basic operations are usually subcontracted to european and worldwide manufacturers.
CUSTOMIZATION
This production pole handles, within ISP Group, unit production (including prototyping). We can ensure a quick launch as well as flexibility to respect our customer’s time-frame.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
The main manufacturing plant is located in a large new warehouse of 1500m² which contains heavy equipments and is used for major assembly production.
The unit production line as well aslaboratories, workshops, basic manufacturing, metrology room and clean room are located in the main administrative building on a 2000m² area.
ASSEMBLY OPERATING FACILITY
ISP System owns a workshop with associated facilities allowing large construction assembly (up to 12 meters).
CLEANROOMS
ISP System features 3 cleanrooms according to ISO 7 and ISO 5 standards with a total area of 300 m². These facilities are served for assembly, wiring, testing and equipment packaging in a low level of environmental pollutants.
