ISP System Products series
Laser wavefront correction mirrorThe deformation of the mirror is possible thanks to 39 AME20 actuators (one of ISP Products). With this concept, imprinting and grid effects can be avoided. Thermo-mechanical stability is excellent and hysteresis is insignificant (0,1%).
Synchrotron XUV light beam nanofocusing mirrorThis equipment allows high precision focusing for UVX rays. It’s composed by two deformable active mirrors, each one composed by 10 AME30 actuators and a curver (made by ISP System). It allows a very precise focus and a defect correction of high spatial period mirror. With this concept, imprinting and grid effects can be avoided. Thermo-mechanical stability is excellent and hysteresis is insignificant (0,1%).
Alignment video-telescopeVideo-telescopes allow long distance (40 meters) alignment adjustments or precise measuring (up to 0,2mm). Depending on your needs, they can be integrated on plates allowing translations and/or rotations. They are motorized and can be remotely controlled.
