2 – INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIAL MEANS
ISP System provides turnkey solutions and consulting services for innovative industrial means: automated manufacturing lines; dedicated machines, robotics, adjustments equipments and/or control during production cycle, production test bench and R&D, specific handling means, portables machines and tools.
Most of our products are developed for unit production and and specifically designed for one customer.
ISP commits to proposing innovative solutions, focusing on competitiveness, ergonomics and reliability. Our skills are based on 10 years of expertise and creativity in many domains of industry.
3 – HIGH PRECISION COMPOSITES STRUCTURES ASSEMBLED BY STRUCTURAL BONDING, FOR EMBEDDED EQUIPMENTS.
ISP System designs and manufactures assembled structures by structural bonding. Those structures are made of metallic sandwich boards assembled by cold structural bonding with special extruded strips and manufactured parts. Parts are precisely positioned thanks to a 3D laser tracker, a three-dimensional measuring arm and others measuring devices.
This manufacturing process allows us to get large sized structures (up to 10 meters). Those structures are very precise, light, rigid, stable, with high definition geometry and can withstand harsh environmental conditions. Those assemblies can also support shock absorption when the application requires high stability.
Those applications were developed for aerospace, radars, lasers, astronomy…for embedded equipments, equipment covering, marbles…
4 – OPTICS AND OPTO-MECHANICS
ISP System designs, assembles and tests active optical equipments such as deformable mirrors, curvers, nano‐focalization mirror, videotelescope for measuring and alignment…
5 - ELECTRONICS
ISP System designs and manufactures control cards and electronic control boards.Those products can be developed for industrial plants and/or embedded (GPS box, GSM and radio transmission, power converters, motor control boards and electromagnetic coil control boards, signal processing board…). Software applications are also developed at ISP to give you a complete bundle. Our production line enables a company to undertake a large quantity of products (up to 5 000 units annually per reference).
