VMP SeriesMicro Positioning Actuators allow high precision positioning for mechanisms, optics or sensors. Regarding to customers applications requirements we can modify their stroke, precision, strength and make it compatible with specific environments (vacuum, cleanliness…). Those products were designed for high radial strength applications and a high mechanical stability. The unit features an integral anti-rotation mechanism that is especially well-suited for many applications subject to high accuracy and rigidity.
TMP and
TNP SeriesMicro Positioning Tables (TMP) and Nano Positioning Tables (TNP) allow high precision translations for equipments, parts, samples… Those stages also exist for multi-axis translations. Depending on their use, we can modify their stroke, precision, strength and make it compatible with specific environments (vacuum, cleanliness…). Those products were designed for a high mechanical stability. Those specifications offer many technical advantages for our customers.
AME and µAME SeriesOur Micro-force Electronical Actuators (AMEs) generates a stable and accurate driven strain. Actuators can be configurated according to specific client's requirements: stroke, precision, force, specific environments (vacuum, cleanliness…). ISP patented invention, based on economic and reliable technology witch provides a great working stability with no need in continue power supply.
The floating head technology provides high strains without friction effect and no parasite straightness. More over, this floating head system allows angular and radial misalignments with no parasitic friction.
We have a patent for this high technological design and its specifications offer many advantages, especially for deformable optical applications. Our micro positioning actuators (µAME) are extremely compact and can offer many advantages for our customers.
Electromagnetic (AE) and High Frequency (AEHF) Actuators can position or move parts, valves, motorize a mechanism or deviate a jet with high frequency response. Depending on the application, they can be control in displacement and/or in force (actutor servo drive). Their design are particularly adapted to deliver a high service and availability factor.
VAM SeriesMicro-metric Linear Actuators (VAM) allow precise positioning for large sized (from 1 to 100 meters) and heavy (from 1 to 100 tonnes) equipments by controllong their 6 degrees of freedom with a micro-metric resolution. The fixture is made with 3 VAM positioned between the marble and the equipment. For fragile equipments, because of their low rigidity, we can install a complementary stand made of astatics actuators. With this assembly, we can control and adjust the position of the equipment.
Electronic command circuitsISP designs and manufactures electronic command circuits for its equipments. Depending on the customer’s final application, it can be embedded or in a bay. Softwares and User interfaces are customized to fit your applications.

Special applicationsDepending on the customer’s request, ISP System can propose off-the-shelf products or customized solutions, especially developed for the customer’s application.
