Industrial activities
ISP Industrial activities are gathered around 4 linked clusters:
1- PRECISION EQUIPMENTS :
o Sensors, actuators, XY stages, multi-axis positioning systems,
o Precision mechanism,
o Opto-mechanic and optic equipments,
o Electronic command circuits,
o ….
ISP System realizes limited series productions (less than 5000 items per year)
2 - ELECTRONICS AND WIRING:
Design, Industrialization and Production of Industrial equipments, which can be embedded (GPS box, GSM and radio transmission, power converter, motor control board and electromagnetic coil control board, signal processing board…).
3 – ASSEMBLED STRUCTURES BY STRUCTURAL BONDING:
Design and manufacture process for large sized structures (up to 10 meters) light, rigid, stable and with high definition geometry. Those structures can withstand harsh environmental conditions. Wiring (power supply, signal, RF, optics...) is also included.
4 – INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIAL RESOURCES:
Design, Manufacture and on site installation of automated assembly lines, special machines, robots, test benches and specific tools for handling operations.
R&D and Engineering Activities
ISP System R&D center concentrates its activity in following fields:
· Precision mechanics, opto-mechanics, mechatronics and robotics, to propose high precision systems (active optics, multi-axis positioning systems, robots, actuators…)
· Information and communication solutions, such as geo-positioning, wireless transmisison and internet monitoring for installations.
Focusing on high competitiveness, ISP constantly collaborates with a large number of laboratories and its clients.
